About Me
I founded MW Land Planning with a clear purpose: to be an advocate for my clients, ensuring their vision is understood, their project is positioned for success, and their property’s full potential is unlocked. Land use is never one-size-fits-all — every site comes with its own opportunities, constraints, and context. My role is to cut through the complexity, craft clear entitlement strategies, and manage the process with precision from start to finish. Over the years, I’ve worked across Florida on projects ranging from urban infill to large-scale master plans, giving me a deep understanding of how codes, politics, and design intersect to shape the built environment.
I’m a Certified Planner, with hands-on experience in zoning applications, annexations, comprehensive plan amendments, conditional uses, and planned developments. My technical expertise is matched by a practical approach — I interpret the code and navigate the people and processes behind it. That combination allows me to serve as both a trusted advisor and a collaborative partner.
