Over the years, I’ve worked across Florida on projects ranging from urban infill to large-scale master plans, giving me a deep understanding of how codes, politics, and design intersect to shape the built environment.

I’m a Certified Planner, with hands-on experience in zoning applications, annexations, comprehensive plan amendments, conditional uses, and planned developments. My technical expertise is matched by a practical approach — I interpret the code and navigate the people and processes behind it. That combination allows me to serve as both a trusted advisor and a collaborative partner.
